Responsible Gaming —
Your Safety Is Our Priority
Entertainment at kc99 means more than just winning — it means a healthy, controlled experience. Our tools and guidelines help you enjoy within limits.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online betting and casino games are a fun source of entertainment for millions of people in Bangladesh. But like any form of entertainment, it has a healthy limit. kc99 believes the best gaming experience happens when players play consciously, in a controlled way, and with enjoyment.
Responsible gaming means setting a budget, managing your time, and making decisions with clear judgment rather than being swept away by the emotions of winning or losing. We encourage all our players to keep entertainment as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to escape frustration.
The kc99 platform has several tools to help you stay in control of your play. Deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion — these features are built for your protection. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team right away.
Protection Tools at Your Fingertips
kc99 gives you several effective features so you always stay in control.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once set, reducing the limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a specified waiting period. This is the most direct protection against overspending.
Time-Out Break
Take a time-out for any period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account. A temporary break helps clear your head and regain the ability to make sound decisions.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. Your account will be completely closed for the set period and all promotional communications will stop. The account cannot be reactivated before the period has ended.
Session Time Limit
Set in advance the maximum number of hours you will play in each session. When the time is up, an automatic alert will appear. This tool is effective at avoiding emotion-driven decisions that arise from playing for extended periods.
Account Activity Review
View your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Understanding your own patterns is the first step in responsible gaming. Transparent information helps you make informed decisions.
24/7 Support
Whenever you have a problem or concern, the kc99 support team is ready to help. Chat live in both Bengali and English or send an email. No question is too small.
Recognize the Warning Signs
If any of the following signs appear in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help.
Continuing to play repeatedly to try to recover lost money, even knowing it is making the problem worse.
Spending excessive time on online gaming while neglecting family, friends, or work.
Betting using money from daily expenses or emergency funds.
Developing a tendency to lie about, hide, or deny your gaming activity.
Relying on gaming to escape anxiety, depression, or stress.
Feeling a strong urge to deposit beyond set limits or to play for longer than planned.

Our system automatically detects unusual gaming patterns and, if needed, our support team may reach out to you. This process is carried out while keeping your privacy fully protected.
Age Verification
Age is verified when opening an account and again later if required. Accounts belonging to anyone under 21 are closed immediately.
SSL Encryption & Data Protection
Your personal and financial information is secured with the highest level of encryption. Data is never sold or transferred to third parties.

Tips for Healthy Betting Habits
Set a budget before you play and never go beyond that limit.
Avoid the temptation to place larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
Do not think of entertainment as a source of income — it is purely for enjoyment.
Take regular breaks — avoid playing for long stretches at a time.
Avoid betting while drinking, tired, or under stress.
Spend time with family and friends — do not let gaming affect your relationships.
