Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to kc99 immediately. Sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount at kc99 is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. On a ৳10,000 deposit, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, making the total balance ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated on the offers page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the account — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• In cases of fraud or breach of terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• kc99 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

VIP Program

5.1 Tier Structure

kc99's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.2 Tier Advancement

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play and active participation. kc99 conducts tier evaluations periodically and benefits are applied automatically.

5.3 Cashback Distribution

Cashback is credited to eligible members' accounts on a weekly basis. The cashback amount depends on the member's play activity and is determined at kc99's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraud and Cheating

Any form of deception, fraud, or manipulation is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using bots or automated software to play
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses
• Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities
• Processing unpaid deposits or chargebacks

6.2 Consequences of Account Closure

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are found, kc99 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

11.4 Language of Terms

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered authoritative. In the event of any conflict of interpretation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
